“PTO® differs from other Organisation is our cold market approach, alot of people feel that this is tough career choice and wonder where and how to generate sales, most of us dislike to do it through our warm market, and here is where PTO® stand out. My first AG group is Elites, the business model for the group is mainly street prospecting and roadshow, this give us the chance to interact with different levels of people, therefore we mature faster in the industry. My current group, Zhan Shen's working format is completely different from my first AG group, having acquire a reasonable amount of clients base, we now built on appointments and referrals. This show that we have grow with PTO®, and the steps taken is correct. Initially we need to work long hours to gather clients, now our working hours has shorten but our production is not affected. This is what I really liked being in PTO®. I always think that PTO® is a very flexible Organisation as it allows me to choose the business model that I want to work in.”

“Since the start of Chinese Lunar New year! Zhang Shen was born! Although this Group name sounds familiar, but its OK! We can always use it again as we think it sounds great! Dun you think so? "Zhang Shen, Zhang Shen, Zhang zhu ye heng shen!" Well, this group was formed by many seniors as well as some juniors. All of us get along very well, specially at the Goal Setting. But sad to say, that was always the part where all of us will enjoy as we are playing team games. After Goal Setting, all of us is back to minding our own business. Thats why people always say,"Good times won't last long." So, we must cherish what we have now! Haha. Well, i think thats about all folks! See how Zhang Sheng gonna perform in the next few months! “Recalling back… I started out in AG groups. My 1st group name was HAPPY. This group is a street prospecting cum roadshow group. I am very thankful that I have a group to start off with. This group gave me friendship, synergy, support and motivation to start off my career. As a young agent, I am very lost. I did not know what to do. No activities, no tele, no leads. Without this group, I don’t think I can still be in this career. There were times when I am very demoralised, very depressed with the results that I produced, but my friends in the group gave me a lot of encouragement and support. I always thought that I was not taken notice or no one cares, but the group Ics really put in effort to make me feel at home, even the seniors make me feel that I am part of their family.
As time passed by, I have moved my modal to a bit of self manage in 2008. This has made me realised one thing, I need a group. Without this group, no matter how senior I am, I can feel lost at times. I am so glad to be in my group call Zhan Sheng now. This group totally fits me. As it does gives me the freedom to go for my appointment, lifestyle abit and yet have given me some direction on what I need to do. This group also gave me a sense of belonging and yet able to bring out the competitveness in me when we compete with other groups.
I really applaud our managers, Lifen and Diana. They have came out with so many ideas, so many challenges to motivate us. They always implement things and improvise their ideas to help us be more productive in our career, something they are not obligeto do so. I really thank them for their effort. Without the group, I think I maybe even lost as our organisation has been expanding rapidly. It really help a lot of the senior advisers and myself keeping in line with our organisation vision.
PTO® is like a big family to me, my group is like my brothers and sisters, creating a bond that help us to grow in our career with the knowing that we are here for each other. I am really glad that I am part of this family. “
